Board & Train Program
Our Board & Train program is designed for dogs who need extra structure, focused training time, and expert guidance to build solid obedience skills and good manners. Your dog will stay in our trainers' homes and become part of their daily routineâreceiving consistent training, plenty of practice, and real-world experience throughout their stay.
What Your Dog Can Expect
Your dog will live and train with one of our experienced trainersâPatti Engleman or Lindsey King. While in our homes, your dog will:
- âFollow a structured daily routine with individualized training and enrichment
- âPractice crate training at night
- âEat according to the schedule you provide
- âBe integrated with the trainer's own dogs for appropriate social exposure
- âTrain in multiple environments, including in-home, Bell Creek's class building, around town, and at dog sports events when appropriate
This variety ensures that your dog learns to listen and respond reliably. You'll receive twice-weekly updates so you can follow your dog's progress.
To ensure every dog receives the time and attention they deserve, our Board & Train program is limited to 2â3 dogs per trainer.
Foundation Obedience
Build solid obedience skills and good manners
Includes two 30-minute private sessions after completion
Agility Training
Foundation agility skills and equipment confidence
Includes four 30-minute private lessons after completion
Board & Train Rates
$630
per week
- ⢠Minimum stay of 2 weeks, recommended 3 weeks
- ⢠Daily rates available for partial-week stays
- ⢠50% non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot
đ Bonus: Previous Board & Train graduates receive discounted in-home boarding at $40/night within six months of their stay!
Note: For dogs that are fearful, reactive, or have long-standing unwanted behaviors, we highly recommend a 4â5 week stay to allow adequate time for progress. This can be discussed during your free evaluation.
In-Home Dog Boarding
We are pleased to provide in-home boarding for dogs in a safe, structured, and comfortable environment. Your dog will stay in our homes and become part of our daily routineâreceiving personalized attention, regular exercise, and consistent reinforcement of their training and household manners.

Board & Train Requirements
- â˘Current Rabies and Parvo/Distemper vaccinations
- â˘Bordetella vaccine and parasite prevention recommended
- â˘We cannot accept aggressive dogs, but we're happy to evaluate behavior and offer recommendations
Boarding Requirements
- â˘House-broken and crate-trained
- â˘Up-to-date on Rabies and Parvo/Combo vaccinations
- â˘Lice and kennel cough prevention recommended
- â˘We cannot accept aggressive dogs for boarding
