Kaitlyn attended her first dog show when she was 8 years old, with her mom and their Newfoundland puppy Sophia. Since then, she has been hooked. She has competed with many breeds of dogs, ranging from Great Danes, down to the chihuahua, all over the country since she started and has enjoyed every single one of them along the way. She has earned many group placements, best junior handler in shows, and even a 3rd place in juniors at the Westminster Kennel Club show in 2014. Aside from conformation, she enjoys rally, obedience, trick dog work, and will be getting back into agility in the near future! In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and exploring with her 2 young kids and their 3 dogs, hunting, fishing, camping, and snuggling her old Newf on the couch.
