S.T.A.R. PUPPY          $135.00
All puppies must be current on their shots to attend classes, with the first booster (the first is usually given by the breeder/shelter before they are sent home, so this is the second shot in this series) required before the start of classes.

In this six week class puppies will be introduced to sits, downs, waits/stays, settle, recalls and loose leash walking in a way that is fun and will help cement what they are learning. In addition, we will cover potty training, chewing, give, and nail trims/grooming. Puppies will be allowed time at the end of each class to socialize with puppies of similar size and age to ensure they know how to properly interact with other dogs. This class is taught by a CGC elevator and at the end of class puppies will be evaluated per AKC STAR Puppy guidelines.

In addition, we will trouble shoot any potty training issues and chewing issues as well as cover give/drop it, nail trims and other grooming. Unlike STAR PUPPY this class does not allow for socialization between dogs. This class will help lay the foundation to passing the AKC Canine Good Citizen test as well as the foundation skills to help get you started in agility, rally and/or formal obedience.
